Restoration of accidentally removed athletes

We were made aware by several managers that something unexpected happened after the season change. As normally, the season increased the age of each athlete. Then the 18 year old athletes are promoted from the youth team to the main team. This often leads to more than 66 athletes in the main team. Managers then used to have 24 hours to get their main time under the 66 athletes limit. This time, however, athletes automatically were removed immediately.

We ran a recovery script that did these 4 steps:

1) Removed those athletes from the market
2) Moved them back to their original team
3) Removed all bids for those athletes
4) Removed them from the Trades page
